A U.S. Army veteran with more than 30 years in healthcare, Melissa has dedicated her career to helping organizations and care teams grow through excellence.

We offer homecare consulting services in a variety of packages, to include comprehensive agency evaluation focused on growth, ongoing support after implementation and survey preparation. At Thryve we believe when teams are supported and patients are truly cared for, growth happens naturally.
Meet The CEO
Melissa Meibert served nine years as a Hospice RN Case Manager before moving into leadership. Most recently, as Chief Clinic Officer of a newly established Home Health and Hospice agency, she helped lead its growth from just 9 total patients to more than 80 hospice, 30 palliative care, and 140 home health patients.
